Cold soup concentrate
The cold soup concentrate by "Herbe" is made from high-quality vegetables, grown at Nitaure and Ligatne district peasant farms in Cesis region. Vegetables are dried gently in vacuum (+480°C) and preserve all the valuable nutrients, biologically active substances, including vitamins. 100 g of dried concentrate is equivalent to 1 kg of fresh vegetables.
Ingredients: beets, apples, dill, carrots, potatoes, cauliflower, leeks, parsley, sea salt.
Preparation: For a portion mix 1 table-spoon of concentrate with 1,5 glass of kefir, buttermilk or unsweetened yogurt, let it swell for half an hour. You can also add boiled eggs, fresh greens or cucumbers. Makes about 17 servings.
