Jerusalem artichoke flour
Applying 2-10 g (if concentrate – 4-20g/d) of inulin a day, it improves enteric tract function and stimulates the development of bifido-bacteria, favors the exchange of shortenings, reduces cholesterol and triglyceride, improves the absorption of calcium at the same time reducing osteoporosis risk. It contains fructose polymer inulin. Jerusalem artichoke flour can be added to biscuits, cakes, different sweets and creams, to coffee, dairy products and drinks. It should be stored in a dry place, because, like sugar, it absorbs moist air. The container contains 250 g of Jerusalem artichoke flour.
